How quickly can you find candidates?

For our Growth solution, you'll have a curated shortlist within 48–72 hours of briefing. Executive and Transform engagements take longer by design — but you'll have a clear timeline agreed before we start.

What makes TAG different from a general recruiter?

We know the technical landscape. Our team has worked in data and analytics — which means we can assess candidates properly, speak credibly to the talent market, and give you honest advice on whether a hire is realistic for your budget and timeline.

How do you screen candidates?

Every candidate goes through our standardised technical and psychometric assessment process, plus a structured interview with one of our specialists. You receive a shortlist with detailed evaluations — not just CVs.

Do candidates repeat technical tests for each company?

No. Our assessments are accepted across all TAG partner companies — candidates test once, and results carry across all applications.

Can you help with international hires?

Yes. Our Relocate service covers visa processing, documentation, and cultural onboarding end-to-end. International placements are a core part of what we do.

What industries do you focus on?

Banking, financial services, insurance, and technology — with a deep specialisation in data engineering, analytics, data science, and senior data leadership roles.

Do you work on contingency or retainer?

Both. Search and Executive mandates are typically retained. Growth and Contract are contingency-based. We'll recommend the right structure for your specific need.

What happens after placement?

We stay in contact through the onboarding period for both client and candidate. If anything isn't working, we want to know early enough to fix it.
